An annual program is posted on the Java Lava website towards the end of each year. The program normally includes about one trek each month during the drier month in Java, about March-October. Occasionally, extended trips to more remote regions of Indonesia are included in the program.
Dates are selected to make best use of public holidays and long weekends. Activities are normally not schedule trips during Ramadan and Easter. The program is subject to the eruptive status of mountains, forest fires and other unforeseeable events. Suggestions for treks as well as interest in leading treks are always welcome.
